Florencia has had experience as a social entrepreneur and teaching. Her entrepreneurial spirit comes from her family, her mother started a snack company in the 80s that now employs over 250 people and was recently sold to the biggest distribuitor and multi-category beverage company in the country. she worked in Start-Up Chile which triggered her interest in supporting entrepreneurs in Chille. IShe worked the first year of ASECH (Asociacion de Emprendedores de Chile), and helped coordinating founders and a top-notch executive team. After a three year experience in underprivileged classrooms she shifted her interest into starting off a social innovation that will serve teachers, intructional leaders and their students. This lead her to co-found and lead Impulso Docente a fast growing Foundation that triggers cultural changes witin schools and helps them improve their feedback systems.
